Welcome to The Forth Bowling Club
Forth Bowling Club is a friendly lawns bowling club in North Tyneside, UK. Based in Monkseaton near Churchill playing fields. Forth Bowling Club have done excellent in Bowls Northumberland in the last 2 seasons, being promoted in 2 successful years in the Clegg league which is played on Wednesday evening.
2025 seasons sees Forth relegated from Wednesday league which was very disappointing but Monday we were successful in securing Top Spot which is a first in club history. we did participate in 2 cup finals which we didn't get over the line but hopefully 2026 will be a better year.
Forth Bowling also compete in Veterans Leagues and we are always on the look out for new members.
***UPDATE***
James Nicholson *Jimmy* is now Chairman of Forth Bowling Club for the upcoming season.
Health and Safety officers were fully trained for upcoming season, these are now listed in About us section.
Club Competitions Will be done by Secretary when forms have all been done by members, draws will be done by him and we will print this out and also update on Events Calendar.
We are looking for sponsors so we can get new attire (shirts and jackets) also help with the repairing of our club house. If anyone knows of anyone that could do this we will make sure we get something made for their help and also include print on this website!

Get started with the basics of lawn bowling. New members welcome with a yearly membership fee. This would be looked at if you are just wanted to use the facility to learnt he game at any age or sex.
